In the following recipe, I have made a delicious smoothie by using dates, milk, banana, walnuts and chia seeds. Then topped it with more nuts and fresh fruits like berries, since I had those and were in season.
I like to add breakfast cereal to this smoothie bowl, to give it a crunch in every bite. I usually use frozen bananas for smoothies and smoothie bowls to give it a rich creamy texture.
Fruit and Nut Breakfast Smoothie Bowl is a meal in itself. I serve this to my toddler too and she loves it. It is a great filling breakfast for kids during busy mornings. Try this smoothie bowl and I am sure you are going to make it more often. Cause breakfast has never tasted so good.

I love a smoothie bowl breakfast. When I have them I feel so blessed that a super-healthy breakfast can actually be wonderfully tasty (doesn’t always happen!).
I have a smoothie almost everyday for breakfast. Sometimes I turn it into a smoothie bowl. I use frozen bananas for an “ice cream” texture, because I’m vegan and like the healthy addition of a banana.
This sounds so tasty and your photographs are gorgeous!
