Dessert Strawberry Smoothie

Hello, everyone. It’s Holiday Season. Time for hosting parties and get-togethers. Planning a meal for just a bunch of people or for a crowd, it is always a task.

And especially when you have small kids as a guest, then it becomes a challenge. You have to please the kids and to some extent their parents too, for feeding their precious bundles with something healthy and nutritious.

Today I am making your job a little bit more simple for that matter.

I am sharing a recipe for Dessert Strawberry Smoothie. Yes, you have read it right. It is a smoothie but a dessert too. Let’s say it is a Drinkable Dessert. It has all the nutritious ingredients which are great for kids.

I made this recipe for today’s Foodie Mamas Day. It was my turn to pick up an ingredient, so I chose to work around Strawberries. I love strawberries. There is something very festive about this delicious fruit and it is perfect for the holidays.

Dessert Strawberry Smoothie

In this following recipe, I have used strawberries and frozen banana as the main ingredient. Then to make it more flavorful, I have used maraschino cherries along with its juice and have added ice cream essence.

The ice cream essence itself gives this smoothie a perfect dessert aroma and flavor. I am a great fan of ice cream essence. It is my secret ingredient in many holiday baking and dessert recipes.

You have got hold of this little bottle of deliciousness online or at any Indian Grocery stores.
