Yogurt Strawberry Teething Popsicles

Hello, everyone. It’s almost summertime, so let’s get ready with the list of healthy treats that we can make during this summer season for our little bubs. I have been sharing refreshing drink recipes for little ones and grown-ups for quite some time. But today, I have a popsicle recipe for you all.

This Yogurt Strawberry Popsicle is the easiest and the quickest popsicle you can make for your babies 8 months and above. This is especially beneficial for teething babies. The cold from these pop soothes the aching gums, as well as they, get a good snack. Teething can sometimes be a painful and irritable process. For my daughter, thankfully- it wasn’t too bad. Cold foods and chewing toys helped her during that phase. For more information on teething babies, here’s a good read- Teething Basics.

In the following recipe, I started with whisking some vanilla flavored yogurt. Then pureed fresh strawberries with green cardamom pods. Further, filled these in the mold and let it set until firm. They were ready to serve within few hours. These homemade pops are way better than any store-bought ones.

Try these for your babies during this summer time. It is indeed a great snack during these hot days.
