You Need:
1Celery Stalk
Ahandful ofGreen Peas
Apinch ofCumin Powder
1/2cupWater
How To Make It:
Wash thoroughly celery stalk and peas.
Cut celery into small pieces
In a pot, add water along with celery, peas and cumin powder
Cook them until they are soft.
Once cooked let it cool down a bit. Then run through a food processor so that peas skin becomes more edible.
Serve.
Recipe Notes
If the puree gets too watery, then you can add some baby cereal (rice, oats, multi-grain, whole- grain etc) to this puree to achieve the required consistency.
