How to make Pistachio Saffron Smoothie:

Getting back to the recipe. For making this delicious smoothie, I have used vanilla yogurt and pistachio gelato for the base. To give it a thick creamy texture.

The main ingredient here is saffron, rose water and cardamom, which gives it’s an amazing aroma to the drink. I have absolutely added no sugar to the drink.

But if want it a bit on a sweeter side, you can add some honey or sugar to it. Rosewater is easily available in any Indian Grocery store here.
