Good morning everyone. Foodie Mamas are back. And this time, the chosen ingredient is Raspberry. If you are here for the first time then here’s a little information about Foodie Mamas.

EasyBabyMeals has teamed up with other wonderful Food Bloggers, we choose an ingredient and come up with delicious recipes. These recipes are posted on 15th of every month. For this month, we have 6 Delicious recipes made with Raspberry as the main ingredient

Raspberries were my pick. So from my side, I have made these cute little Chocolate Dipped Raspberries. Well a little confession time here, I was going to make a Raspberry Jam. But after 3 failed attempts, I gave up. I was so frustrated that day, that I needed a chocolate fix. I grabbed this packet of chocolate covered dried raspberries that we recently bought from a store. They were amazingly delicious and munching on these surely lifted my spirit. So I thought why not try these with fresh raspberries.

The very next day I made this recipe. I have just dipped fresh raspberries in melted dark chocolate, which had some vanilla in it. Then decorated these and refrigerated them until they were set. These little treats are absolutely bites of heaven. My family loved them so much, I had to make more batches.

I am sure, you and your family and friends would enjoy these as well. These are great for kids and grown-ups too. For a grown-up version, add some chocolate liquor in the melted chocolate and dip raspberries in it. Isn’t that tempting? These are perfect little treats for any theme gathering. They make an impressive hostess gift too. How about saving this recipe for upcoming holiday parties? For any occasion, these would be great to serve and enjoy. For now, they are my night time chocolate fix. Try them soon.

Let’s go through the recipe.
