Kiwi Pineapple Punch
Toddler's version of a refreshing fruit punch.

Organic Apple Juice

Water

Ice Cubes

Mint Leaves

teaspoon
Honey

Small Kale Leaf
(optional)

Scoop the kiwi flesh and add it to a blender.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend it well. Run this through a strainer.

Pour it into a glass and Serve.
- You can skip straining the solids, I usually do to give some more fiber to my daughter.
- You can use sugar instead of honey to adjust sweetness.
- You can add some more mint leaves to this drink for older kids and adults if you wish to.
