Dates and Quinoa Breakfast Porridge

You Need:

  • 1 Apple (sweet variety)
  • 3 Dates (seedless)
  • 2 Green Cardamom Pods
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 1 tbsp Quinoa
  • A dash of Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 cup Water

How To Make It:

  1. Wash and cut the apple into pieces. Wash dates and check for any pits.

  2. In a pot add all the above-mentioned ingredients.

  3. Cover the pot and cook quinoa, oats, dates, and apple pieces until they are thoroughly cooked.

  4. Once done, turn off the heat and run this through a food processor. Turn it into a puree.

  5. Transfer it to a serving bowl and Serve.
