Potato Pancakes
Simple and savoury pancakes to relish.

Potatoes
(2 boiled and mashed + 1 raw (grated)

Garlic clove

Buttermilk

Breadcrumbs

Rosemary
fresh or dried

Butter for frying

Salt and Pepper to taste

Start by mixing bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Keep it aside.

In another mixing bowl add, grated raw potatoes, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs mixtures, buttermilk, and rosemary.

Mix this into a smooth batter. The batter should not be too runny. So use buttermilk accordingly. Now add grated garlic.

Mix everything well, till it’s well incorporated.

In a heated nonstick pan add a little butter. Ladle the batter into the pan. Press it a bit on the top to give it a circular shape.

Cook till one side gets golden brown, then flip. Cook thoroughly on the other side as well.

Once done, serve
