Stir Fry Broccoli. A quick side meal for toddlers, kids and grown-ups.

Stir Fry Broccoli

The easiest Stir Fry Broccoli you will make in less than 5 minutes.

You Need:

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets (washed and chopped)
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil or 1/2 tbs Sesame Oil
  • 1 Scallion (chopped)
  • Salt And Black Pepper (as needed)

Magic Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder

How To Make It:

  1. Start by washing and chopping the broccoli florets and scallion.

  2. In a bowl whisk soya sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt and black pepper. Keep it aside.

  3. In a skillet or wok add sesame or vegetable or olive oil till it smokes. Add broccoli florets.

  4. Saute the broccoli for a minute.

  5. After a minute, push the broccoli to the edge of the pan or wok. Add the magic sauce and scallions

  6. Mix the broccoli and sauce together well.

  7. Switch off the flame and serve.

Recipe Notes

Make sure you make this recipe on a high flame.

You can serve the Stir Fry Broccoli with white rice, brown rice or noodles.

If adding meat, make sure it is already cooked.

For the grown-up version, add chili flakes or sriracha for more heat.
