You Need:

  • 1 cup Mango Puree or pulp
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbs Fresh Turmeric Root grated
  • 1 tsp Ginger Root grated
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

How To Make It:

  1. Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend it well
  2. Pour it into a serving glass and serve.

Recipe Notes

  • Adjust the amount of fresh turmeric root and ginger according to your preference.
  • Make sure that the juice is prepared fresh and served. The taste and aroma will gradually decrease.
  • I would insist on using Fresh Turmeric Root for this smoothie recipe.
