Quick Breakfast Oatmeal.

Filled with apple and dates, this Quick Breakfast Oatmeal is a healthy and nutritious breakfast to start your and your little one’s day.

You Need:

  • 1/4 cup Instant Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Apple (chopped)
  • 2 Majdool Dates
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (only add if making it kids and grown-ups, not for babies)

How To Make It:

  1. Start by adding all the ingredients into the pot.
  2. Cover and cook until the oatmeal and fruits are tender and thoroughly cooked.
  3. Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve.

Recipe Notes

  •  Do not add vanilla extract, if making this recipe for babies.
  • Once the baby ready to have dairy, you can make this recipe with milk instead of water.
  • You can add little water and run it through the food processor before serving it to your baby. 
  • For the kids and grown-ups version: You can make this recipe with milk or non-dairy milk, instead of water. You can add more fruits and nuts according to your preference.
