A quick refreshing punch for the upcoming Valentines Day for your little and grown-up Valentines.
In a pot, add pomegranate juice- chia mixture along with sugar and vanilla extract. Cook this till it gets thick and sticky. Once done turn off the heat and keep it aside.
Start with adding pomegranate seeds (optional), follow that with ice cream.
Next, add the pomegranate chia syrup and pomegranate juice. Now add the ginger ale.
Serve.
