Quinoa With White Yam And Peas

White Yam
(roughly 1-inch size)

handful of
Peas

dash of
Italian Seasoning

Cumin Powder

Water

Wash white yam and cut it into cubes.

In a pot add water, peas, white yam and quinoa along with Italian seasoning and cumin powder.

Bring it to a rolling boil and then cover and simmer until everything is well cooked.

Once it gets cooked, mash or run it through a food processor.

Serve.
- You can add little-unsalted butter if a baby is old enough to have dairy or serve it with plain baby yogurt.
- Add a little water, if the puree gets too sticky and thick.
