Quinoa With Vegetables

Quinoa pearls with healthy vegetables

You Need:

  • 2 tbsp Quinoa
  • 1/4 cup Beetroot (shredded)
  • 2 to 3 leaves of Baby Spinach
  • A handfull of Peas
  • A dash of Garlic Powder
  • A dash of Cumin Powder
  • 1 cup Water

How To Make It:

  1. Wash all the vegetables well.
  2. In a pot add water. Add all the vegetables along with quinoa and spices.
  3. Cook till its well come. Quinoa should look like little bubble pearls.
  4. Once done smash it a bit and let it cool.
  5. Serve.

Recipe Notes

  • You can add a little-unsalted butter to this recipe while cooking if the baby is ready to have dairy. Also, this can be served with yogurt mixed with it while eating.
  • Adjust water according to your preference if it gets too dry.
