Steam chopped broccoli in a steamer and keep it aside.
In a small pot, add the unsalted butter and heat till it melts.
Then add garlic powder, oregano, and cumin powder and sauté for few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well. Cook tomatoes till they get soft and mushy.
Once they sweat and get soft, add the steamed broccoli and cheese. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till everything gets well incorporated.
Once the cheese melts completely, turn off the heat. Let it cool down a bit.
Serve.
Recipe Notes
I have not deseeded the tomatoes. You can do so if you wish to.
This recipe is on a watery side, it can be served as a dipping sauce as well to toddlers.
I have used a cheese slice here, you can use shredded cheese as well. You decide on the quantity according to your preference.
