Kiwi Pineapple Punch

Toddler's version of a refreshing fruit punch.

You Need:

  • 6 Green Grapes
  • 5 Pineapple pieces frozen
  • 4 oz Organic Apple Juice
  • 4 oz Water
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • 2 Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Small Kale Leaf (optional)

How To Make It:

  1. Scoop the kiwi flesh and add it to a blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend it well. Run this through a strainer.
  3. Pour it into a glass and Serve.

Recipe Notes

  • You can skip straining the solids, I usually do to give some more fiber to my daughter.
  • You can use sugar instead of honey to adjust sweetness.
  • You can add some more mint leaves to this drink for older kids and adults if you wish to.
