Black Grapes And Mixed Berry Juice.

This is a refreshing cold summer drink filled with antioxidants and other health benefits.

You Need:

  • 1 cup Black Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
  • 2 tsp Honey Or 2 Teaspoons Sugar (skip this if serving it to babies below 1 year of age)
  • 2 pinches of Cumin Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 Ice Cubes

How To Make It:

  1. Wash and clean grapes well. Wash, clean and cut strawberries into pieces.
  2. Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
  3. Run it through a strainer.
  4. Pour it into a serving glass, add some more ice cubes.
  5. Serve.

Recipe Notes

  • I usually don't strain this juice, when serving it to my daughter. Just to add little more fiber.
  • If you are planning to serve this juice to infants below 1-year-old, skip the honey. Honey is not good for babies.
  • Cumin adds little earthy nutty flavor to the juice. You can skip cumin powder if you wish to.
  • Adjust the amount of honey or sugar according to your preference.
