Black Grapes And Mixed Berry Juice.
This is a refreshing cold summer drink filled with antioxidants and other health benefits.

Black Grapes

Mixed Berries
(strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)

tsp
Honey Or 2 Teaspoons Sugar
(skip this if serving it to babies below 1 year of age)

Cumin Powder

Water

Ice Cubes

Wash and clean grapes well. Wash, clean and cut strawberries into pieces.

Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend it well.

Run it through a strainer.

Pour it into a serving glass, add some more ice cubes.

Serve.
- I usually don't strain this juice, when serving it to my daughter. Just to add little more fiber.
- If you are planning to serve this juice to infants below 1-year-old, skip the honey. Honey is not good for babies.
- Cumin adds little earthy nutty flavor to the juice. You can skip cumin powder if you wish to.
- Adjust the amount of honey or sugar according to your preference.
