You Need:
2cupsOrange Juice(chilled)
1cupHeavy Whipping Cream(chilled)
1tbsMilk(chilled)
1 1/2tspVanilla extract
2tspSugar
How To Make It:
In a blender add heavy whipping cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend everything well until the cream gets stiff. You can also use a hand blender or a whisk.
Now take two tall glasses, fill it with some whipped cream. Then pour in some orange juice. Top it up with some more whipped cream. Assemble the second glass in the same manner.
Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
It is important for the whipping cream, milk, and orange juice to be chilled since there is no use of ice cubes here. Also, chilled whipping cream holds on to its shape more easily.
You can also serve this smoothie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top.
