You Need:

  • 1 cup Dark chocolate candy melts/ chips
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • Edible decor (as needed)

How To Make It:

  1. Start by washing raspberries and pat them try.
  2. Line a tray or dish with parchment paper or wax paper.
  3. In a double boiler, add dark chocolate and melt. You can do this microwave too.
  4. Once melted add the vanilla extract and oil. Stir well.
  5. Now dip a raspberry in the melted dark chocolate, coating just half of it. Sprinkle the edible decor on the chocolate coated raspberry and keep it on the parchment paper.
  6. Repeat this with rest of the raspberries.
  7. Once done, transfer these to the refrigerator to set (till chocolate hardens)
  8. They are ready to serve.
