Cardamom Saffron Infused Strawberry Syrup

You Need:

  • 2 cups Strawberries washed and chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 pods Cardamom peeled, just the seeds
  • 1/8 tsp Saffron Strands

How To Make It:

  1. Start by crushing the cardamom seeds and saffron in a mortar and pestle.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add chopped strawberries.

  3. Next, add the crushed aromatic spices. (cardamom and saffron).

  4. Now, add sugar.

  5. Mix everything well and cover. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  6. After the resting time, the strawberry syrup is ready to use.
