Peachy Mangoes

Peach and Mango together with a hint of Cardamom

You Need:

  • 3 to 4 slices Frozen Peach
  • Handful Of Frozen Mangoes
  • A dash of Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4 cup water

How To Make It:

  1. Add water to a pot along with frozen peach slices and frozen mangoes.
  2. Cook till they get soft. Then add cardamom powder
  3. Once they get soft, smash or run through a food processor.
  4. Serve.

Recipe Notes

  • Do not discard the water that is left in the pot after cooking. Use it as soup or for preparing other fruity recipes for baby. It is a fruit stalk. It has all the nutrients from cooked fruits.
  • You can make this recipe on a streamer too.
  • If using fresh mangoes, do not cook them. Use them as it is.
  • I have cooked these fruits just enough to make them soft as they were frozen. Do not overcook them. They will lose its taste and flavor.
