Watermelon Cubes
(1-inch size, frozen)

Fresh Mint Leaves

Cut watermelon, into cubes and get rid of all the seeds. Add the pulp to a ziplock. bag. Add mint leaves to the bag too. Freeze it overnight.

When making sorbet, run these frozen watermelon pieces through a food processor. It should turn soft.

Once done, transfer it to a serving bowl.

Serve.
- For adults and older kids, you can add some sugar while blending. If the watermelon is not sweet enough.
