You Need:
3Kiwis
1 1/2cupWater
4 to 5Ice Cubes
2Green Cardamom Pods
1tbspLemon Juice
2tspSugar or Honey
1tspChia Seeds(pre-soaked overnight in 1/2 cup water (optional)
How To Make It:
Start with adding chopped kiwi pieces, lemon juice, sugar, ice cubes and cardamom seeds from the pods to the blender.
Blend everything well.
Now with a strainer strain the juice, and get rid of any solid.
Pour it into a serving glass. Add the pre-soaked chia seeds on the top.
