Rose Lassi With Chia Seeds

You Need:

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 7 to 8 Ice cubes optional
  • 2 tablespoon Rose petal preserve gulkand
  • 2 tablespoon Rose syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Pre-soaked chia seeds in 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rose water
  • 1/3 teaspoon Saffron strands
  • Sugar to taste

How To Make It:

  1. Start by soaking chia seeds for 15 minutes in milk. Set aside till required.
  2. Then in a blender, add all the ingredients including ice cubes except chia seeds.
  3. Blend everything together. Taste and adjust the sugar accordingly.
  4. Pour rose lassi into the serving glasses. Top it with the soaked chia seed.
  5. Garnish it with sliced dry fruits, nuts or saffron strands.
  6. Serve Rose Lassi chilled
