Rose Lassi With Chia Seeds
A refreshing yogurt-based summer drink with exotic and aromatic flavors of saffron and rose

Pre-soaked chia seeds in 2 tablespoons of milk

Rose water

Saffron strands

Sugar to taste

Start by soaking chia seeds for 15 minutes in milk. Set aside till required.

Then in a blender, add all the ingredients including ice cubes except chia seeds.

Blend everything together. Taste and adjust the sugar accordingly.

Pour rose lassi into the serving glasses. Top it with the soaked chia seed.

Garnish it with sliced dry fruits, nuts or saffron strands.

Serve Rose Lassi chilled
