Cream Of Broccoli Soup: (8months and above)

I have used potatoes and vegetable broth as a base for the soup. Potatoes give this soup a thick texture as well as acts as a thickening agent. So, there is no need to add any flour or other substitutes. For aromatics, I have used fennel seeds and bay leaf and flavored the soup with garlic and spring onions. I have especially, used spring onions here instead of onions. Spring onions give this soup a mild onion flavor which is not too overpowering. Particularly keeping in mind the palates of baby tummies.

Carrot And Potato Soup: (1 year and above)

Roasted Tomato And Basil Soup: (1 year and above)

Now, who doesn’t like a good bowlful of tomato soup? And when it’s flavored with aromatics like cumin and basil leaves. It turns into a soul food experience. I have roasted tomatoes with garlic and basil and then turned them into a smooth paste. Later I have added some heavy cream to give it a nice creamy texture and to tone down the tomato’s sour flavor. The flavorful aroma of this soup comes from the cumin seeds and basil.

Sweet Corn Soup: (1 year and above)

This mildly flavored sweet corn soup is a meal in itself. Corn as such doesn’t have many nutrients in it. But when paired with other vegetables, it becomes a hearty meal for little ones.
